&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;8 large frozen shrimp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup of italian style frozen veggies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 wedge of Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Shiritaki Noodles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cook the Shiritaki noodles ass directed.  In the meantime add the veggies and shirmp into a large pan on the stove.  Once cooked add the Shiritaki noodles, cheese wedge (you can add milk as need to make it extra creamy).  Stir until cheese has melted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nutrition:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For the entire recipe: ~160cal, 2.5gFat, 14gCarbs with 7gFiber, 15.5gProtein.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The incredibly warm weather we have been having here in Jersey made me think of the amazing fish tacos I get when I’m on vacation … SO … I took it upon myself to make my own healthy version:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Salmon (fresh or canned… Mine was fresh, I baked it for about 15-20min @375) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 low carb wrap high fiber tortilla (la tortilla factory, 50 calorie)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tsp Honey Mustard&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lettuce &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;I mixed the honey mustard and toasted sesame seeds together and used that as the dressing for the taco. Yummm&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nutrition (1 taco): ~200 Calories, 12.2g Carbs, 7g Fiber, 27g Protein, 6g Fat.&lt;/p&gt;

I have a pumpkin addiction, but who doesn’t.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I took the pumpkin mini-cake recipe I had and tried it out as a pancake.  It makes 3 decent size pancakes for under 100 calories!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4cup pumpkin pure&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4cup vanilla protein powder&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp and 1 tsp of egg white substitute&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp of almond milk (or skim) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 tsp stevia (or other sweetener) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Just a dash of baking soda&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Make sure to whip the egg whites FIRST and real good so they pancakes come out nice and fluffy! Mix other ingredients in, add milk as needed to get the right consistency and just cook like regular pancakes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nutrition (entire recipe): 98cal, 1.3gFat, 5.6gCarbs w/ 2.5gFiber, 17g protein.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I made a protein syrup like to top it with, i just took a little bit of protein powder and cinnamon, mixed it with some warm water until the consistency was thin and delicious. (this of course will add just a few calories, but not that much!)&lt;/p&gt;

I &lt;strong&gt;PROMISE &lt;/strong&gt;you, you wont even know its cauliflower &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First you’ll need to take the cauliflower and chop it up in a food processor … this’ll give you a rice like texture.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 cups of cauliflower rice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup fat free mozzarella cheese&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup egg white substitute &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;——mix ingredients together and add any seasoning you’d like.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;——Pour into a 8x8 baking pan and back @350 for about 30min.  Take it out of the oven and out of the baking pan, flip it over onto a flat baking sheet and place into the ovan, @450 for about 15min.  Continue to flip until its nice and toasted.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can add extra cheese ontop and melt it.  Dip in marinara sauce and enjoy! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perfect side dish to have with some low sodium soup =) &lt;/p&gt;
